  INTRODUCTION:  This is all about our lifestyle and habits. Comparatively our older generations we are much aware of health. Life expectancy also rised to 69.0 years in men and 74.8 years in women. Number of gyms and yoga centres are also raised. This is on one side, while we discussing about diseases, these number also raised.  On one side meditation centres like Heartfulness meditation centres... On other side cardiac centres.... But why???  Here are reasons... WORK PRESSURE: From 9AM to 5PM, we are so busy in our working place. May be it is job or business. Years ago business is pressure taking and challenging sector. Now a days jobs are also similar in this way. It may be government sector or private sector pressure and problems are common. Reaching targets, bossism, earnings... Causing these Lifestyle Diseases.  CAUSES: 1.Unhealthy diets   2.Lack of physical activity. 3.Tobacco using 4.Excessive intake of Alcohol. 5.Lack of sleep 6.Excess salt/sodium intake  We people are so busy
