 INTRODUCTION:

 This is all about our lifestyle and habits. Comparatively our older generations we are much aware of health. Life expectancy also rised to 69.0 years in men and 74.8 years in women. Number of gyms and yoga centres are also raised.

This is on one side, while we discussing about diseases, these number also raised. 

On one side meditation centres like Heartfulness meditation centres... On other side cardiac centres....

But why??? 

Here are reasons...


WORK PRESSURE:



From 9AM to 5PM, we are so busy in our working place. May be it is job or business. Years ago business is pressure taking and challenging sector. Now a days jobs are also similar in this way. It may be government sector or private sector pressure and problems are common. Reaching targets, bossism, earnings... Causing these Lifestyle Diseases. 


CAUSES:

1.Unhealthy diets  

2.Lack of physical activity.

3.Tobacco using

4.Excessive intake of Alcohol.

5.Lack of sleep

6.Excess salt/sodium intake 



We people are so busy to cook in home and frequently picking food from restaurants. One more lazy option is there... Zomato or swiggy. 


SYMPTOMS:

1. Dull and Damaged skin

2. Poor Eyesight

3. Tiredness

4. Poor Digestion

5. Drowsiness

6. Dipression



DISEASE TYPES:

  • Heart disease.
  • Atherosclerosis.
  • Stroke.
  • Respiratory ailments.
  • Obesity.
  • Type 2 diabetes.
  • hyperlipidemia (high levels of fat in the blood).
  • Skin diseases like vitiligo, psoriasis...


CHANGE IN LIFESTYLE:

We should take care of our health as usual our family relations as well. More than going to restaurants, nature is the best choice for weekends. Family trips to beaches, parks, holy places... Will sense our heart. Reading books before sleep is my favourite choice. Follow these too.

  • Get Regular Physical Activity. ...
  • Avoid Drinking Too Much Alcohol. ...
  • Get Screened. ...
  • Take Care of Teeth and Bone health...
  • Take 6-8 hours sleep
  • Don't take carbohydrates after 8PM.
