SELF IMPROVEMENT AND GROWTH:

Improving yourself is a very personal journey, and the specifics can change from person to person. power of improving just 1% every day. Improving yourself can be a series of small habit changes. 



There are several reasons to keep improving yourself every day. Taking by family and friends support will improve your chances of success, and working together to achieve similar goals.

         Reading more books can help you explore your current interests, but also develop new ones, this is my personal choice. Because this generation people are not ready to listen anything from elders or  from society. Self realisation comes by reading books or by facing problem.

SELF DECIPLINE is the ability to control yourself and to make yourself work hard or behave in a particular way without needing anyone else to tell you what to do. It is about self-control, which gives you inner strength and a way to control yourself, actions, and reactions. The first step towards leading a disciplined life is to set goals. Then motivate yourself to work hard and then achieve these goals by perfect plan. 

Meditating for half an hour every day can help in inculcating self-discipline. Our mobile phones, television, and chatting apps are some of the new age things that are distracting our time. So keep them away. Maintaining a good sleep cycle is also essential.  Self decipline builds a healthy personal and professional life.



WILL POWER is a very strong determination to do something. We all wish we had more willpower, self-discipline, and self-control. According to the American Psychological Association, “willpower is the ability to resist short-term temptations in order to meet long-term goals.” And if willpower is a limited resource, we must use it wisely to achieve long-term goals


RIGHT MINDSET AND MOTIVATION:

Motivation is the reason or driving force behind an individual's actions towards a goal. motivation causes you to act in a way that gets you closer to your goals.All people experience fluctuations in their motivation. Sometimes you feel fired up and highly driven to reach your goals. Almost feel tired and quit the work. But with a right mindset, motivation from family and friends helps you to achieve goals.




SELF CONTROL is the ability to not show your feelings or not do the things that your feelings make you want to do. Common addictions like smoking, drinking... Damaging our organs. Quitting bad habits is a tough task. More than outside motivation, self affirmation is important here. 

Healthy food for healthy lifestyle

RESOLUTION is a formal decision. We all know that about so called "NEW YEAR RESOLUTIONS". These are very fine to listen like a love song. But impossible to implement through out year. We discussed above about will power, self control etc. These words again reflect in resolution. By self decipline we can stand on our decision i.e resolution.



DETERMINATION:

It is the quality that you show when you have decided to do something and you will not let anything stop you. It's sounds like a super power. Determination is a skill necessary for accomplishing various goals and objectives in your personal and professional life. It allows you to persevere and continue working toward achieving important milestones. 

Determination also can help increase your creativity by enabling you to develop innovative solutions to complex problems. We can see positive people and negative people in office. Adopting a positive attitude and remaining determined can inspire others to act similarly to you.



Ability:

Our ability means our skill. Skill is an ability that comes from practice, something you can learn like computer coding . Talent is a naturally coming by birth like art and poetry. The key difference between them is that talent is God-given, and skill is learned.The quality of being able to do something, especially the physical, mental, financial, or legal power to accomplish something.

1.Einstein couldn’t have revolutionized a field with a below-average intelligence, right?

2.Michael Jordan have been able to become the phenomenal player that he is without inherent talent for basketball?
