Mindful Living for successful Life

Mindful Living is about taking moments throughout the day to be fully present with our environment and everything within it. 




For example:

1.Being mindful means paying close attention to or being especially conscious of something. If you are aware of the fact that your friend is upset, you're mindful of her feelings.

2.Iam a Mindful wife, that is I'm being flexible and non-judgemental, accepting differences, being less reactive.

Research shows that mindfulness can help reduce stress, treat anxiety, and combat depression. Mindfulness can lower blood pressure and improve sleep.

Living mindfully is about five things: 




Presence of Mind:

Presence of Mind is the ability to remain calm and take quick, sensible action. Presence of mind is your ability to pay attention to detail while staying calm and composed. ... The presence of the mind is vital and quite important. The presence of mind helps you to come out of difficulties and situations at a time. It also saves your time and energy.




Presence of mind is tool to deal with difficult situations. It is not like that you will get the solution quickly with this but it will help you to take correct decision, correct step. Concentration and focus are key factors for presence of mind. Lack of focus and distracted mind leads to low presence of mind. 

When personal problems start interfering into your professional life, it can be dangerous for you. You need to learn to keep your personal life separate from professional life.


 Self Awareness

Awareness is the state or ability to perceive, to feel, or to be conscious of events, objects. Having self-awareness gives us the power to influence outcomes; helps us become better decision-makers and gives us more self-confidence. We can communicate with clarity and intention, which allows us to understand things from multiple perspectives. It frees us from assumptions and biases.




By developing self-awareness, you will be able to effectively guide your own behaviors and take control of your life. Self-awareness is knowing and accepting the various aspects of yourself, including your strengths and weaknesses, thoughts, beliefs, motivations, and emotions. People high in self-awareness are remarkably clear in their understanding of what they do well, what motivates and satisfies them, and which people and situations push their buttons.


Appreciation:

I have learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel. That is Appreciation. We all people have strengths as well as weaknesses, we allow ourselves to revel in our goodness without evoking feelings of arrogance or overconfidence.




If you have healthy self-esteem, you are more likely to have positive relationships with others. Your confidence enables you to do your best at work. So be positive and love your self. In another appreciate others. A handwritten thank-you note or a personalized gift are a great way to express appreciation in a more intimate way. If plain old “thank you” just doesn’t cut it, try something like, “I’m incredibly grateful to you,” “You’re so kind,” or “Wow, it means so much to me that you did that!”


Reflection: 

Success is not only about helping yourself reach full potential. It is about bringing others along and giving them the opportunity to excel together in life. Reflection on success” as deliberate thinking about experiences of success to increase one's strengths; and “reflection on failures” as deliberate thinking about experiences of failures to improve one's weaknesses.



 Reflection has become so important for me to do because, besides making me focused, it also connects me to my feelings and mind, which is some of the most powerful resources we as humans have; if we can manage them properly.

Action: 

A commitment is action in the direction of what you care about even in the presence of obstacles. The mindful action plan (MAP) contains six component skills.

(a) I am 

(b) here now, 

(c) accepting the way I feel and 

(d) noticing my thoughts while

 (e) doing

 (f) what I care about.
